My 2012 Live Music Stats & Highlights*
To summarize 2012 in a nutshell, I saw approximately 183 performances during 74 shows. In comparing my 183 to NPR Bob Boilen’s 462* —and considering it is his job versus my hobby— I think it was a pretty damn good year! I saw 154 unique acts and visited 44 unique venues. Roughly 63% of the shows I attended were in Brooklyn and 30% were in Manhattan.
